Ply Lining
Ply lining is recommended for the protection of the vehicle, thus enhancing the vehicles’ residual value, and for road noise reduction. Ply lining also enhances the look of the interior of a vehicle giving a more professional image to your customers.
All vans are silicone sealed and aluminium trim is fitted to all floors.
9mm plywood is used for the floors and wheel boxes and either 4mm or 6mm ply is used for the sides and door panels. In addition to the standard plywood floor, we also offer an anti-slip mesh-faced plywood.
Speed Lining (NEW SERVICE)
United Vanliners are pleased to announce that we are now able to offer a speedlining service.
Speedliner is the world’s toughest spray-on bed liner. The air-tight, contour fit of Speedliner permanently seals and guards the interior of your vehicle from dirt, water and chemicals that cause rust and corrosion.
Other benefits are rattles and squeaks are quietened by dampening vibrations originating from the bed of the vehicle. Speedliner is also non-slip. The unique textured surface keeps your cargo from slipping and sliding giving the satisfaction that the interior and its contents will not be damaged.
Speedliner comes in a selection of 18 different colours to complement the exterior of your vehicle.
There is also the option of a special hygiene coat, particularly beneficial for the transportation of food and medical supplies. This lining provides durable, hygienic freshness which gives effective anti-bacterial and anti-fungal protection.

Racking
All our racking systems are of the highest quality, low in weight and safety tested. All systems are designed for each individual model of vehicle and customer specifications using CAD designs. The advantages to metalwork racking are lifespan of the systems, transferable when renewing vehicles, thus being cost-effective. Working with several racking companies enables us to offer systems to suit every need and budget.

Shelving
Our shelving systems are completely bespoke and we are more than happy to work to customers’ own designs and measurements and are on-hand to offer our expertise in any advice needed. 12mm plywood is used as standard for shelving systems, although we will accommodate any special requirements.
Roof Racks
We are able to offer roof bars and cradles to fit all makes and models of commercial vehicles. The roof bars usually come in two strengths and from 2 to 4 bars. Rear rollers are also available, together with rear door ladders.
